Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return by mail

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the returns procedure, indicating your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a designated depot. 

Return procedure

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the criteria of our returns policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned for reasons of personalization, clearance sales, promotions or other reasons.
