Lost packages
At Mon Casque M1, we do everything possible to ensure that each order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service at [email protected] quoting your order number and all relevant details.
Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment caused by receiving a damaged package. In this case, please contact customer service at [email protected] within 24 hours after receipt of the order with photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the documents provided and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
